I utilize a blend of Iyengar and Vinyasa Yoga to enhance my client's mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I combine Asanas (postures) and Pranayamas (breathing) to bring vitality and strength to your body while also infusing peace and tranquility into your mind.  Yoga creates a harmony between the mind and body, trains the mind to rid itself of negative thoughts, and also cleanses the body of toxins.   You will feel more connected to yourself, inner self, and others in ways you never expected but truly welcome.

My classes are 50 minutes long, consisting of 45 minutes of Yoga Instruction and ending with 5-10 minutes minutes of guided meditation.

Class Pricing:

Private Individual Yoga & Meditation Instruction: $35.00 each

4 Class Package - Private Individual Yoga & Meditation Instruction: $100.00 (savings of $40.00)

Private Group Yoga & Meditation Instruction (2-5 people): $50.00 each
